This development was a result of the Groupe Arcane's urban project for the city of Colombes and 1.3F.
A long slab of 180 dwellings of 11 stories was demolished. The space was replenished starting from new layout which were axed in the continuation of Pierre de Coubertin Street and planted elements of an existing green area.
These outlines define many building blocks :
-0ne building block is composed of a future closed-in urban park of 5000 m2
-Two building blocks regroup two housing estates, one of 69 rental dwellings built by 1.3F (the architect, Groupe Arcane), the other in compliance with and built by the developer Arc Group (architect C. Furet).
-The other building blocks will be formed around existing buildings within the framework of a residential area in the Europe district.
-The Groupe Arcane supervised the different projects including roads and utilities.
