Kerrias, a 200 meter long building has been transformed by the altered empty space under pilotis, whereby 17 small living units and entrance halls have been implanted.

Ramps and varied tread lengths were created at the base of the building in order to access the new halls and common rooms. The seaside resort-like spirit of the facades is linked to the random line of the building that are reinforced by aluminum screens in front of the hand rails.
