This modern district of the 1970's, built on a cliff contained many assets but suffered from the " large housing estate " image linked to the repetition of this kind of housing. The project was devoted to upgrading and diversifying the buildings from each other by offering services that are beyond ordinary established means. Attention was paid to the repetitive space of the loggias. According to their orientation, kitchen extensions and transparent leaning handrails on the living quarters were implanted, optimizing their residential use.
