Project The two towers of the 16 storey building blocked the entrance to the town by their identical gray massiveness.
An exterior clay insulation and reconstituted stone, allowed for a vertical fractionning on the facade that extended out by roofing of the same color. This fractionning takes away the massive effect of the buildings.
Balconies in white concrete were attached to the facades up to the ninth story creating a new horizontal composition.
The hallways were redefined in two levels bringing out a definitive marking to the entrance of the buildings.
