| Project Built in 1974, the buildings of the Cité des Hauts Bâtons proposed numerous innovative techniques : polyester facades, electrical collective floor heating and individual heating. In association with the upgrading of all the exterior spaces and of the Champy slab, the project aimed at putting forth the existing architecture in the spirit of the original one. The renovation and white facelift of the polyester shells, the replacement of the polyester cladding on the gable with white Trespa cladding raised by colored lines, the implementation of opaque hand rails on the slab based buildings, and the closing off of the loggias that are at ground floor level totally rehabilitates the buildings.
