The upgrading of this building composed of 32 rental dwellings, built in 1934 concentrated mainly on interior transformations. An in-depth management on temporary relocation of the tenants allowed for a renewal of norms and the restructurisation of the dwellings. The facade was renovated and rediscovered its initial state of great quality, a symbol of the architecture of the 30's. |
