| Project Persan Le Village is a large housing estate of 1800 dwellings where half of Le Persan inhabitants live.
Its restructurisation resulted in an urban plan which defined four sections of intervention, the implementation of new layouts, and the redefinition of new public spaces.
In the third section which is composed of 300 dwellings, the base of the buildings were transformed to create closeby planted spaces that may be attainable by the residents on each side of the stairwell.
The brick facades are rhythmed by the implementation of drying balconies.
