The construction of 35 dwellings in RUEIL-MALMAISON follows suit to the rehabilitation project of the Fouilleuse district. A ten dwellings five story housing estate was connected to the gabled eleven stories of the existing buildings. Accentuating a harsh aspect to the general ensemble, this gable was also unseen at the entrance to the building.
Marking the entrance to the residence and the Fouilleuse Avenue, the five story building was demolished and replaced by a terraced nine story building. Brick paneled facades and quality interior renovation ( parquet flooring, tiling, balconies or terraces...) now offers to the ensemble a new outlook in housing.
